How It Works
Step 1: Laser Treatment
Our certified laser technicians will examine your skin and hair.
Step 2: Targeting Hair Roots
Our highly concentrated laser targets the root of the hair follicle and a mist will then cool the skin.
Step 3: Inhibition of Hair Growth
The hair follicle roots are eliminated, hinder future hair growth. Your existing hair follicles will start to fall out about 1 to 2 weeks later.

Laser Hair Removal is an IMPORTANT decision, which is why our staff connect with customers from a place of care. As a part of your treatment package, you’ll meet with one of our licensed estheticians who will be your go-to laser technician throughout the entire process. You’ll go over your needs and desires, discuss the timeline to achieve your goals, answer any questions, and help you get prepped for your first treatment.
What to do before Laser Hair Removal?
We want to see the real you! It is important that you avoid any sun exposure, tanning, or tanning lotions before and in between treatments. This is because it’s vital that your skin color is as natural as possible. You’ll also need to shave - NOT wax nor pluck - the day before treatment.
Please also avoid makeup, perfumes, and lotions, as this will inhibit the laser hair removal process.
What to Expect During Your First Treatment?
Laser hair removal is a quick and easy process!
After being welcomed into one of our treatment rooms, your provider will discuss any pretreatment questions and information.
Depending on the treatment area, you may need to partially disrobe. We offer treatment robes for you to wear if you need to remove any clothing during your treatment, ensuring the rest of your body stays covered.
Once you are on the treatment table, protective goggles will be provided and your technician will draw a temporary white grid on the treatment area to ensure accuracy of the laser spot coverage.
After a quick laser treatment with our Candela GentleMax Pro Plus® laser, your provider will give you post-treatment instructions.
After and In Between Treatments
Your skin might feel a bit sore after treatment - that’s totally normal! Make sure to continue to avoid sun exposure and use SPF if you’re in the sun.
You can continue to shave right before your session, but do avoid waxing and plucking!
